Steps for Registering Your Child at GES
1. Withdraw your child from the school that he or she is currently attending

2. Report to the Graceville Elementary Guidance Office with the following items:









3. Upon completing the registration form your child will be assigned a teacher
Your Child's -
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Record
Proof of Florida Physical
Copy of Withdrawal Form

If your family lives outside of the Graceville Elementary School Zone or in another school district while attending
G.E.S., additional documentation will be required.
